Coordinate and decorate this ivory & gold wedding day. One more planner needed to act as assistant to the lead planner.
Wedding Date: Saturday 5th August 2017
Wedding Location: New Testament Church of God, Willesden, London; reception at Abbey Manor, Abbey Road, London, NW10 7SB
The bride would like to meet with the lead planner (possibly the assistant too) or speak on the phone about 4 or 5 times in the planning process, she will appreciate a last-minute run through of all the little features of the day so you’ll know the plans inside and out. On the day you’ll need to decorate the venues – its a big job, 250 guests needing beautiful tables and decorations. You’ll also liaise with suppliers and help the guests. A car would be useful. Apply now.
Help coordinate on the wedding day for London couple Esther and Niyi. One place remaining: Assistant to lead planner.
Wedding Date: Saturday 30th September 2017
Wedding Location: Masonic Lodge, Oakley House, Bromley, (within M25 SE of London), BR2 8HA
This wedding with an outdoor marriage ceremony and indoor reception for 300-400 guests is mostly planned already but the couple need lots of help on their wedding day to manage all the guests so you will be working under the lead planner and alongside another assistant. The wedding is to be held at an old Masonic Lodge which is easily accessible from London and the surrounding counties and has parking on site. A car may be required as the hotel where the couple are getting ready is 15 mins drive from the reception venue, but there may be a way around this if you don’t have a car. You’ll need to be at the wedding all day and to read the notes from the lead planner beforehand in preparation for the day. Possibility of attending the final meeting too, to observe.
More placements under professional planners in England, Scotland and Wales will be added throughout the spring and summer.
